Matt Alic

I'm an engineer by trade with nine years in manufacturing that taught me how to operate. I've run large-scale capital projects, managed a $9M business unit with full P&L responsibility, and led teams through the kind of operational problems that don't have textbook answers. I bring that operator's perspective to business ownership.

I'm looking for one company to run and grow for the long term — a business that will become a cornerstone of my family's life. The reputation and quality the previous owner built isn't something I plan to change. It's the foundation I intend to build on.
